No work-life balance No Job Security Immense Pressure Poor Management No Salary Appraisal No promotions or growth Company is in its last phase of survival, old employees are leaving and only hire and fire system. They are hiring new employees for 6000/month in CRT and 16000/month in probation. Kindly stay away from this company, it's a big scam.

I was initially excited to join BYJU'S as a sales associate due to the attractive package, and I found the working environment to be positive. I worked there for approximately 1.5 years until there was a change in the management hierarchy, and I started working under a new ASM. Unfortunately, my experience with the new ASM was unsatisfactory, ultimately leading to my decision to leave Byjus.

Salary on time , good hike in salary

Late working hours , long working hours, no festival can be celebrated because they don't give off even on festival ,we need to take permission, sales is easy but cleaning the sale is difficult (multiple otp to cx , etc)

Company Work Culture and Harassment by seniors are never out of trending from BYJU’S. For creating good Revenue Number they do some unethical practices as well.
