The only good thing was Salary and incentives were always on time before 2022 september but after that things have drastically changed when company was making loss are larger rates in sales So incentives are not disbursed

Favoritism at its peak but when time passes , everyone has to suffer Because whatever u put it U will get the same in return.

...d a lot of things will happen. Policies are not as much good, incentive is good. They never paid me full salary s mentioned in salary slip and even never explained me the criteria.

They don't have professionalism, management skills. Don't even know to hot to talk with their executives.

Very bad experience. Didn't get paid for the work that I did. Manager kept hating on me even though out the night. No tea breaks nor lunch breaks given. Work extended from 9 AM to night 9PM even though 7PM was the actual work hour ending period agreed on. Absolutely abused me.

Dislikes

They kept on harassing me and they seemed to enjoy it as well, they didn't even pay me on time. I decided to quit. I was heart broken and stressed out from the hatred the manager had towards me. They were using offensive language all the time even if I did something good.

...ding really fast and its turnovers are exponentially increasing year after year. The company provides best i the class salary and appraisals. As it is performance bases job, the the rewards are also high.

Dislikes

Apart from compensation everything is on the negative side. The work pressure is extremely high almost unbearable. Employees work 14-18 hours a day. Officially 5 days are working but managers will ask you to report to office on the off days also. No work life balance as you will be coming back home only after 11 PM everyday (sometimes might stretch to 1 AM) and then report to office at 9 AM the very next day. Also you do not get any paid leaves within the first 1 year. Only 4 declared holidays are there in a year. Working here is very stressful and can take a toll on your health.

I have learn so many things of there.i had good colleague and friends. I had a team, they are my inspiration. Mostly I want to say there have some Good managers, they are not forgottbelee.

Dislikes

This is a Giant company, Boss and manager are thinks always as a street dog to us. There is no promotion, no salary growth, no incentive. No guarantee for your job. Any time This is So called Boss has decided who have in system or who not. Last 3 month salary pending to us, there is no messages or no mail from their side. Absolutely untrusted and untruthful company.
