Sallery deduction and unwanted LOP is the way of cost cutting.morever won't get incentive for 8,10months and will change your parameters to disqualify you from getting incentives. Better to join other company of Ed-tech, it's fact you won't get higher sallery (but not reality) in other company,but surely you'll be paid for your hard work and dedication and will have transparency for your future endeavours.

Company culture is not at all good , no work life balance, salary in not fixed here if ur any order will be returned by customer company will cut that any from ur salary. It's been 1 year with I have never received the full salary from byjus every week we have to do 2 lakh revenue if u will not do , no week off will be there .no timing for this job .all are working 12-15 hrs in a day . Managers use abusive language with BDAs. Pathetic culture. Pathetic company no job security

salary was good as per industry. growth was fast as per other industry.

office politics was much higher, people promotes there undeserving candidates on the basis of how much bond they have with employee. work culture issue and office timing.
