Other than salary byjus job culture is pathetic.i was doing well but still I left because in every step of you tried hard but couldn't prove that or didn't get the results , there are some manager who writes in company whatsapp group that if we can't make till 6'0 clock p.m they will humiliate us in the meeting , and in that same whatsapp group company East zone head , Hr everyone was there but no objection.so you can imagine your growth .so many inefficient managers will train you how to get frustrated.i had a very great idea about byjus but after working 6 month I will request everyone please don't fall on the trap of salary.Its a worst job environment company .there is no policy every fort night it will change , they will pressure you to say fake things to customer and if in future customers face any problem managers say don't receive their call they are already existed customer ,focus on making new . No loyalty for customers, employee nothing .can't write more please just don't join for the shake of salary.

Other than salary and one Hr madam who was atleast listen to me , everything is worst as a company on the ground of employees.

I have worked over there for 4 months, their training is difficult but after completing it, and doing one other of service , I left the job because of huge work pressure and they have given me negative FnF They were not responding and I posted this complain on social media and they contacted but doesn't helped me out Now I need to pay them 6000 wow... This company really deserve a failure. They didn't even given me experience letter I just have separation mail

I have learn so many things of there.i had good colleague and friends. I had a team, they are my inspiration. Mostly I want to say there have some Good managers, they are not forgottbelee.

Dislikes

This is a Giant company, Boss and manager are thinks always as a street dog to us. There is no promotion, no salary growth, no incentive. No guarantee for your job. Any time This is So called Boss has decided who have in system or who not. Last 3 month salary pending to us, there is no messages or no mail from their side. Absolutely untrusted and untruthful company.

I apprectaite them for giving me my first job right during my graduation. The pay was pretty good and it was unexpected. The company focused on employee development. There were frequent team outings and rewards given for good performance. I felt valuable while working with byjus. Few managers who had good experience outside byjus were very supportive and acknowledged harkwork and efforts.

Dislikes

Tough the pay was very good but the work-life balance was negligible. Even if you had 30 casual leaves available , 15 sick leaves. U had to email manager well in advance for your sick leaves also. How on earth can a person predict when he or she is gonna fell sick? Plus sometimes it was like working for no heart person. There was zero human nature seen in managers who had started career in byjus and were working for the company for quite a lot time. Ultimately it's because of those careless and inhuman Managers that the company is losing everything.
