...rded work - Poor Job security - too many round of lay-offs due to acquisitions - Less pay and appraisals for hard-workers (not smart workers) - Unstable work culture - sometimes chill and other times not at all

Employee cooperation, salary package and rewards

No job security, managerial employee preference, no salary package equivalence to work or post, improper promotion, immediate forceful lay-offs without any reason

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

While BYJU'S pay is awesome, the company makes sure the work is not too stressful. The HR department puts forth a few ideas to keep us entertained during cool time.

It's easy to become overwhelmed by work pressure.
