No job security, managerial employee preference, no salary package equivalence to work or post, improper promotion, immediate forceful lay-offs without any reason

There is nothing to like.

Dislikes

You have to wore more than 12 hours every day. No appraisal, salary too less for all these long hours. They make you do overtime with no extra payment. Terrible culture and too much unnecessary pressure.

BYJU'S is a great company to work for. The management team is very supportive and genuinely cares about the employees' well-being. The work environment is also very friendly, and it's easy to make friends with co-workers.

The pay is not competitive compared to other companies in the same industry.

While BYJU'S pay is awesome, the company makes sure the work is not too stressful. The HR department puts forth a few ideas to keep us entertained during cool time.
