There is nothing to like.

Dislikes

You have to wore more than 12 hours every day. No appraisal, salary too less for all these long hours. They make you do overtime with no extra payment. Terrible culture and too much unnecessary pressure.

BYJU'S is a great company to work for. The management team is very supportive and genuinely cares about the employees' well-being. The work environment is also very friendly, and it's easy to make friends with co-workers.

The pay is not competitive compared to other companies in the same industry.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Good work environment, best for internship, good pay, good mentorship, overall a great exposure.

I was skeptical before joining Byju’s, but interning in the company was the best decision. There’s nothing to dislike.

Dislikes

Some teams are very big because of the scale of the company. You often feel like a small fish in a very big ocean. A big company like this however, also comes with all the benefits of being big. The latter outweighs the former, personally.
