Everyone is constantly eager to help one another, and there are several prospects for advancement .

Dislikes

Even well oiled machines require rest. And sometimes the work, while satisfying, can be slightly stressful. Nothing that can't be fixed with a weekend of rest.

I'd mentioned I was a singer at my interview for the job. I was completely caught off guard when I was asked to be in a Christmas carol compilation at the end of the year where they wanted to showcase the employees talents. Had a blast and it just goes to show that companies like BYJU'S really put other more traditional work cultures and practices to shame.

I love my job and colleagues. Had only good experiences during work from home as well.

Very streamlined working process and content creation briefs.

All creative work gets taxing at some point and this place won't be different. But be assured you'll get a very supportive team to help you pick up slack and bounce ideas off of.

As a women in the ed tech field, I have come across my fair share of male dominated offices which can sometimes be slightly intimidating and unwelcoming. I did not face that problems at BYJU'S. The HR department is also very approachable and amenable to listening to you and helping you to sort out your personal woes, if any.

No issues so far with my work, team or the company as a whole.

The company and the HR department have done an excellent job in paying attention to and keeping an eye out for unbalanced gender ratios within their teams, leaders and supervisors as well.
