There are a list for me. To be honest it's a pathetic company to work with. They have holded 2 months of salary for me plus 3 months of incentives and allowances because I was on my notice period.

For beginners it's okay but for professionals it's just not helping in any aspect!!

...le available space so if you have sn urgency then you tossed amongst floors. 10.This is first org that has got people promoted with reduced salary and more responsibility. Agents earn more than any shift supervisors here.

nothing worst place to work if u dont have any option then only work.

...u will be put on pip. after completion on first year only 3-5 percent appraisal. if u take any CL you will loose all the bonus. Only sales team make money rest is us less. Manager are worst only good for girls they are favoured more as the upper department controlled by women only. If you are working in US cs and exec team good luck u will be working 1:30 am shifts. you will not get two week off together when new roster comes out so personal life is gone. if you get worst manager which most of them are they will not approve your emergency leaves if you have health humble request dont join they dont care even if you have cancer.

...t to get the leaves approved, worst sick leave policy but good amount of leaves. ______________________ 4) compensation= Very Good over time pay, OT is available Almost every day , Good compensation as compared to other third party BPOs but nothing compared to companies like JP Morgan, Amex, cvent, Barclays. ________________________ 5) Culture= Pretty Bad , things should have been better but honestly work culture is really toxic. ________________________ 6) hygiene= very beautiful office and very hygienic washrooms. _______________________ 7) canteen= bekaar h bhaiya m to Tut gya. _______________________ 8) work = less number of calls. But yes you have to learn a lot and they will train you on a software called Pegasus which is not accepted anywhere. All other companies are working on Amadeus but Ba doesn't.you will sometimes love this job and sometimes hate the conditions but remember I made a mistake of leaves ba in few months and I cried that why I left. I am undergrad and I was getting opportunity in companies like tech Mahindra, I energizer, iqor and teleperformanc. The crowd was really bad and I started to regret leaving BA more then I got the opportunity to work with another big captive unit I Wont name it.so please guys make sure that you do not rage quit. They will not give you resignation acceptance with last working day mentioned on it so most likely you won't be able to join majority of the companies till the time your experience letter is issued which takes around 60 days . They do it on purpose so that the candidate wouldn't join the next organisation. Please stay there for a year or two. 9) Management= bekaar h bhot. 10) Should you choose BA= only if you cannot join companies like Amex, British telecom, cvent, Barclays, JP Morgan ( Bangalore), Emirates (Mumbai), Qatar Airways ( Ahmedabad). baaki theek h yrr itni bhi buri nhi h . Third party BPO se to 100 times better h. Company ka naam h izzat h tumhe insaano jaise treat krte h. People that I like = Nikhil Nangia ( HR) + Rahul Mukoto ( SSL) + Ajitesh ( SSL) + Rakesh Narayanan ( Vertical head ) + Sandeep ( supervisor Nesting ) +Vijeta ( TL ) + Sulabh Mittal ( ABM).
