Axis bank is very good company to work and even salary and other benefits are also very good even all products are very good for customers

Upper management is very good but middle management is not good as per me even HR also don’t listen to employees very frustrated here

Nothing is upto the mark to like about it. Accept off on al bank holidays

A very taxic work culture, Rude behaviour of HR. No support and help from company when you require, unnecessary salary deduction, lesser pay.

Work life balance, learning opportunities, growth prospects, work pressure, short manpower, leave policy, annual appraisal, 4th Saturday working.

...ou are unable to do sales your manager will not allow you to go home on time, (Job security is there you get not fired from the job but salary poor as compared to other pvt banks as compared to job pressure) Talking about policies they have many policies but in branch banking none of the policies is followed. In branch banking the policy maker is your branch head and cluster head in this organisation. I don't want to dframe any organisation but what I am writing is the truth.

What I dislike in the organisation is work culture high working hours 12 hour shift, ethics, underpaid employees everyday is a sales day you are working as a cashier but you also have to do sales I don't like that honestly who wants to build a career in a banking sector and wants security job security what all of us is looking for you can do that we have to do some politics and give heavy gifts for your seniors branch manager and all

Axis Bank is great place to work to build career. Excellent work environment and company policies very transparent system and appraisal system is good which give good salary hike if you perform well.

I don't find any dislikes till now
