Paying salary on time, I mean mouth end..

Dislikes

When u spend 14-15 years in the bank u want the bank to value the employee in his/her middle age. But ironically Axis bank will throw u out if u stick to a position in the pyramid. No matter ur rating is good through out ur stay...

Too much pressure on sales.. all time management are on papers but on ground level. Senior management don't know how to behave with juniors and pressurize to complete sales Target anyhow. Terrible company if looking for long term employment.

No promotions No salary hikes despite good ratings No grade hike for IA despite good track record and ratings POOR LEADERSHIP While joining they shows all benefits as part of CTC and show a inflated CTC and 2 years later removed loans benefits and variable etc from CTC and reduce the CTC.

All over is good but being a customer prospectus saving or current account Non- maintainence charges is very high. And once a time deduct your charges there is no policy to refund it.
