Account...life insurance... Health insurance.... Axis direct ( d mat account)... Loans... Mutual funds... Pention schemes... Fixed deposits.... Total sales.... And 11.30hrs working timings.... Every day every hr .. every mn... every sec pressure pressure..... In case wants do the resign.... But you pay the 2.8 lakh fee... That is bigg money in poor families.... How they face there family.... That is the bank plan

On time salary payment.

It's a manager driven company. No value for HR and they don't follow terms and conditions. If manager decided to sack the employee they will do it. They tranfer you any branch and they don't even consult with the employee before

Out dated Process of work, no training for new joiners, less salary package as compared to other company, lack of communication before application of new process, no leave encashment

Paying salary on time, I mean mouth end..

When u spend 14-15 years in the bank u want the bank to value the employee in his/her middle age. But ironically Axis bank will throw u out if u stick to a position in the pyramid. No matter ur rating is good through out ur stay...
