I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

...rance by mistake I have no idea that if I added my family members I have to pay. Now every months from my salary approx 11000 is deducted. I work out of my home town I have facing a issue for survival with 12000 salary in a month. And when I discontinue the policy he said that it's has been locked for 3 years and you can't discontinue it

This is the worst company to work with. It is running a scam in name of ABYBP. Took 4 lakhs for the operation job, but after joining got to know the salary structure was not same as previously said, and totally a sales job. No work life balance, late sitting, abusive behavior from seniors, mentally tortured, no learning skilss.

Salary comes on time, but there is nothing called work life balance. Worst Management, they neither have particular working hours nor working days. They ask to work on every particular holiday. HR policies are not that good.
