...or everyday,, Working hours starts 8.30AM everyday and it will finish at 8 to 8.30 PM,,salary is very low from other entities,,no improvement here,, Useless high authorities,,who are treating juniors as a slave,, Staffs are using bad language and misbehaving with another staff regarding sales in front of customers, seniors don't help juniors anymore,,from 1st day of joining the branch manager is giving pressure for sales,,but BM knows that new joiner has no customer base,, disgusting working culture,, please don't join this bank

...an the others banks. Service is not good die to sales pressure is higher on BRO. As per qualification and knowledge they are not given the salary. KRA is same for all grades.

...age you will get 8% hike. And in for rating you will get around 12 to 13% hike. You will get early bonus equivalent to 2 months of salary if you are getting for 4 rating. I am describing monthly target of sales for a branch relationship officer in assistant manager grade. 15 account including saving and current. FD of rupees 7 lakh Life insurance of around 1 lakh to 150000 premium. 1 or 2 general insurance of around 8000 to 12000. 4-5 credit card and debit card to achieve ocs point. These are target you have to do in a month to survive in a bank otherwise you have to attend con call with your manager and cluster head in ever single day. If you don't complete this target you have to sit in a branch till 8 or 9:00 p.m. If you don't complete this target you want get promotion and a good rating. And they will pay only 20k salary to achieve these target and there is huge work pressure.
