Nothing. Long working hours, it is going to be a 12 hour working shift, where you've to do only sales. If you are unable to do sale CASA, LI, GI, you will be abused by your seniors and they will make you sit upto 10pm.

Axis Bank is not at all a company to work under third party pay roll, there behavior is very biased they are I'll behaved people even they give importance to there security guard more than the employees under 3rd party pay roll and who is generating business for them. Working there is more of studying in a primary school where you will be punished if you don't generate business for the day same as you don't do homework before going to school. The Unit manager Mr. Biman Biswas is weird person. As third party payroll people have no incentive however you will able to earn incentive if you meet the target of all the 13 products we deal with or else it's zero incentive or the product that you are unable to achieve for them you get minus marking. No growth prospective only mere statements that they give and as Par my experience axis bank employees are big liar not only to us but also there customers. They do not gave a single min of compensation in working hours when the govt passed the order no transport ABSOLUTELY NO FACILITY AT ALL.

There dirty and biased behavior to the 3rd party payroll employees NO FACILITY IN PANDEMICS WORKING HOURS IS MORE THAN 10 HRS IN PANDEMICS WHERE GOVT ASKED COMPANIES TO WORK FROM HOME. I USED TO WALK AT 6 KM TO REACH OFFICE.

Good salary package. Supportive teammates huge cafeteria nothing to worry about. One can work their with out any work load. Management are transparent.

Struggle in joining process, struggle to open salary ac, struggle to get your desk or pc or a basic sitting place, struggle to get stationary but... Easy Exit management option.. since no employee retention need.
