The brand is very well known in the market so you get respect for that, it's products and services for the customer which helps us to earn the customer trust and in some sense the first choice for banking.

...he business is because of its name and technical support like app and website. Rest there is no parity in salary as per grades, no rules for department change and totally arbitrary follows the principal of "who is near he is dear", promotions and no promotions are not justifiable, because of bell curve and rating system which emanates dissatisfaction among the employee, which also gives the spring to harrassment as well in some sense. People are not being motivated, tackled or guided properly instead they are being threatened and insulted infront of their colleagues. This is happening there one very common reasons that lot of people have never moved out of their circle in last 10 years. A lot of ethical tinkering is required here

I was lucky I had good teammates in branches i served during my tenure with bank. Training provided was also very good.

Dislikes

There is no comparison of salary & work done. HR team & policies are very poor. Can join them if you are willing to work hard in extreme pressures & getting a job is important for you

Axis gives less salary compared to other bank and also high work pressure and high pressure to cross sell and make employees to run behind the customer and its make Customer to get irritated
