Nothing was great and now also. Numerous of people resign within 5-6 months.

... processing also harass you by calling there known person on other organisation. They also hold salary if they want enjoyment. Senior management should connect with ex employees. As current employes never speak anything about manager.

The management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is higher chance to get permanenet after contractual period is over.
