I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. On-time salary Freshers can learn excel well I can say since so many things will be manual!

Dislikes

Management will expect you to work day and night, they don't care! (negative work-life balance). Policies are not good. Training will not be provided properly. Only a few managers are supportive (employees are lucky to have them). Even for the executive level 2 months notice period, because of this, we might lose so many good opportunities.
