... move performing employees to PIP so they get an excuse to stop their appraisal. Unnecessarily harrass pregnant ladies so they leave the job and they dont have to bare maternity pay.

Worst culture, not recommended for anyone. Only owner and managers are getting benefits. No insurance by company as informed in interview,no job satisfaction, Only time pass on Fridays. In information technology there's nothing to learn and grow. Time restrictions..... Cut salaries for 5 minutes of late. No proper leaves for employees. No food service. Worst and below average tea.

Work life is great here when you are in Timesheet & Payroll team, Every day will be an Adventure for you. Manager is Super Awesome. She is very easy going untill you finish off the task. If you don't then I don't know 😜 because we never give that chance to our Manager. Rest she is super supportive and we are 7 people in Team and we are super Awesome and please note we take care US Payroll
