...o work for other teams as well even if it’s not the work for which you’re hired. No Overtime compensation just more work if you do good. No proper training or support expects you to learn by doing it by yourself. The higher management is rotten to the core.

The company has two location in pune so employee can perfer the location Previous team manager and team was good.

...sal nor bonus Promotion are given on skill and capibilities rather on team wise basis Too much tranport has been cut from salary Meal amount is also cut from salary Initial CTC are showed good but too much dedection

Lot of opportunity to learn and grow as majority work is manual.

Horrible culture. Too much of micro management. They don’t bother about work, they focus on other silly aspects and if you are self respected, you can’t stay there. People who are conceptually sound and can do their work without anyone’s support are not fairly treated. We have to live under the VPs umbrella.

We can learn many things in depth because most of process are manual in Apex and good company for junior level

Work pressure is more but still we can manage however query related to salary or any other which need HR input was horrible it won't fix on time and take more time resolve
