1. Salary and Benefit 2. Appraisal 3. Frequent policy change according company benefits 4. Few person are think that the company is their. 5. Max person are resign after services one year. Lots variable in package usually they promise at time of joining but they will not pay.

In terms of learning there is ample opporrunities.They have all types of funds.For Learning purpose this is the best company ever but working hours can stretch a quite long.MGT issues like every other companies but I always look for the positive thing so for me it's overall good though I have to stretch more during BD's but I have learned a lot so I will definately refer this company to anyone & they are growing at a very fast pace.

...ll be something to criticise but stretching long hours helped me to learn a lot.Compensation is more compared to other players but still there is space to improvise

Negligible Bonus and Increments No Appreciation for performances and still expect alot from you Many Managers hired are from outside of corporates so they run their team like a Kirana stores.. Management's only focus is on cost cuttings so there have been layoffs 6 months ago and there is no job security Many Managers in hyderabad and banglore lack basic english communication skills.. 4 Days WFO which makes no sense at all since your manager and team members will be working from some different locations altogether Micro Management by top level managers- they will even monitor your looo breaks... There are some people who keep an eye on everyone and inform their masters.. this is the only thing that they are goood at. Boot lic*ing

No work life balance, daily avg time is 11-12 hrs, sr management is worst, they dont support employee. Yes they do micro management. Even if u have leaves they ask you to not take it.

Though it depends on the team you working on for work life balance but majority of the team goes on time and not much of a issue with volume of work.

Dislikes

No proper hike no proper bonus. Hardly you will get 4 to 5 % hike yearly that too if you get a promotion or progression. If you ask any questions about this you won't get anything. Management is not proper they have no idea about how to manage. Keep changing their plans there not even a one plan which stayed for 6months so far.
