# Politics at top hierarchy # No job security # No Work Life balance # Horrible Culture #No increment and promotion The higher ups just pus themselves for every promotion, no recognition to entry level or senior level employees hard work. Horrible work culture no place for decent Work Ethics. The increment is like throwing pennies at beggar 1.8% - 3% They say they follow hybrid mode yet they expect you to work on weekends as well saying it’s normal considering you’re doing WFH. No technological advancement no spending on infrastructure just old school outdated systems running the report. Instead of adapting to the industry trusted software and platforms for running the files they still still use excel to this day resulting in lots of manual error. No prior announcements before layoffs will ask you to pack your bags and get out. They expect you to work for other teams as well even if it’s not the work for which you’re hired. No cafeteria, have to bring food from outside. space for having meals is too small. Micromanagement is at peak, every track they keep. For sick leaves, have to call manager and inform, texting message did not work. Had to inform manager even if 15 minutes late.

For lazy a$$ people there is always growth hike and increment.

Dislikes

Formals, everyone is old minded, hybrid model is there and they call everyone each day at work. Lack of coordination between all departments, false promises from managers, fraud HR telling you wrong hierarchy to hire at lowest level. Differences in various departments favouritism is there. No equality no equal opportunity.
