just the pay as the pay is terrible in BPO so AMEX is paying okay in terrible

everything, training is for namesake only. they would put you on calls for full shifts just out of training. Trainers are lazy, coaches are cheap, managers are bully. They tricked me saying I can come back after 3 months as I requested an extension for WFH but when I reappeared for getting hired I was informed I am not eligible. And I found myself jobless due to the trickery of AMEX management.

However it’s better to leave the company after an year and join a better employee centric company where you won’t be treated like labours who are whiplashed with micromanagement to work under pressure regardless of declining health and any care for family .

American express as a brand is very good and bou doubt about that. It gives you salary, free cabs and also meals nowadays.

It totally depends on the process you moved to. I was working in Accertify, no work life balance, no job security, no fixed shift and week offs keep changing everything month. You will feel like you are in call centre.

Toxic work culture Utter politics No work life balance Micro Management Harassment is common and if you complain HR they take months and then stop answering your calls

Software tools aren't up to the mark, and this is the greatest factor that generates frustration because in spite of this, there is no leniency in work.
