Hi I have 3 offers - Wipro: 33 LPA [C1]- Q2 Software: 41 LPA [SDET Lead]- Blue Yonder: 43 LPA [Staff SWE]Which one to consider ?YOE: 14.5 YrsPreference: Looking good learning and stability for long term.

12 YOE, and I am getting 601 grade (software engineer II - Associate) JPMorgan Chase with 29LPA as Fix.Shall I opt-in and take this offer and role? I expected to get 602 at least with my YOE.Pls advice JP folks. Thanks in advance.

Hi everyone , I am currently getting 3.35 LPA + allowances in my current role. I am a technologist and did my B.Tech and diploma in mechanical, respectively, and 2 years and 6 months of experience.I am willing to progress in this though competition, but at the age of 28 years, I am feeling like I am very much far behind on the race.I like to explore ways to boost up my career.
