Throughout the experience has been pretty decent, in terms of perks and compensation there isn't a match that stands against Amex. Individual can earn from 30000-300000 pm. Values and the mentors seemed excellent. If you plan for just the monitary part you are at the right place. All the best

Scope of growth is almost next to impossible. You'll have to be an excellent performer to outsand the others and if you fail to do that nobody would even know your existence. Work-life balance isn't possible because of 24/7 shifts.

Salary on time and on 25th of every month, good incentives structure

No work life balance in sales, you get tortured on weekends also plus the growth stops once you rch a level of SRM. Rest things were fine.

Salary benefits, employee benefits, free cab, Free food, snacks. Tech team is awesome. Employees are friendly at first.

Dislikes

1.Managers are centric. In the name of support or help, just words. They get personal in the name of collaboration and 'blue box' values. 2.Professionalism is getting outdoors. Work is getting managed on personal calls. Long discussions on mobile because the manager has other priorities or may be time crunch. 3. Fake BRAND image when comes to culture and values. 4.Company is providing benefits but to leverage them the leader is not supporting. For my earned leaves, getting approval is not easy. 5.Employees staying here for 5-10-15 yrs. So they think they are the boss (fake swag). They can treat anyone with disrespect or say anything comes to their mind on calls or in person in the name of collaboration. 6. Politics is real here. Presentation of your work is more important here than work itself. Fake swag I told you. Never going to join this organization and recommend to anyone. Other teams/departments also has similar kind of opinion about their managers, and the culture. (Instances from cyber city gurgaon office building #5)

Dislikes

Management works with political mindset, they would always try to make people work as much as possible. They have an L rating in place which would demand you to work extra than your assigned works.

Less hardly any Opportunities, No growth at all absolute 0 growth that is what I do not like about Amex, I don't like 24*7 shift either, absolute night shifts are worst.
