1) Not like compasation Plan. 2)Like another comapny HR will not help. 3)Joining bonus is paid at time of joinjng if are claiming othewise .they will provide you blank offer ..if you are asking regarding this then you are paid other wise you can't expect

Accenture lacks responsibility and they auto tag any support projects without prior notice and it doesn't have skill development programs like access to Udemy and other similar platforms and as fresher don't join Accenture better to go for startups company

... culture, scamming in the name of Techleap and not promoting people who deserve. Worst rules by not giving hikes, They will never pay variable pay properly. Geneder discrimination for men. It is a bad experience.

No hike from 2 years telling budget constraints but we are working daily if they have budget constraints there should not be development also
