...vel will be one level down...But may be salary wise you will be ahead of them...starting one year for laterals the salary hike is just a single digit.. I am working for FS vertical..the times are flexible but depends on projects...TL and above will be granted permission for WFH and laptops...Rest it depends on individual performance..Hope the information is informative and will help you out to choose your career wisely. No work life balance. At Kolkata location worst leave policy. You won't be allowed to take sick leave otherwise they will deduct half day salary for one day sick leave.

Stuck from 2.6 years without hike and promotion

I have been working at my current organization for 2.6 years and started with a CTC of ₹8 lakh, which has remained unchanged since my joining. During this period, I have not received any promotions or salary hikes, which has made me question whether I should wait for growth within the company or explore external opportunities.
