Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. Company policies are good, we get many benefits such as shift allowance of 225rs/day if you work after 9 PM , mobile bill reimbursement 500rs/month, WFH (Internet) reimbursement 600rs/month. You get a lot of emails every day if you want to learn new technology, you can enroll yourself.

Dislikes

... office where they spend lot of time and again give you another old laptop. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. They don’t give bonus.

Good options and opportunities for undergraduate freshers, on-the-job learning, exploring career kick-start options.

Dislikes

Low compensation, less hikes for internal resources, salary deductions more than other companies, no benefits for shift allowance. IT and BPS have a culture of overworking without over time, groupism is common based on locality, language, etc. and favoritism is shown to people based on their rapport, rather than their competence or skills. Forget about any work-life balance once you get promoted to a senior or management role. Note: Experience may vary based on your business unit or project.

The work itself was quite challenging as it was ticket based (time bound) and needed prompt resolutions. Had a chance to work on many issues some which were critical. If recognized one can have an opportunity to work on projects adopting new technologies.

...ng thrown in by senior management at the center I did not have any job security. Was just happy to hold on to to the job even though the salary was meager. Basically worked in isolation and total dread of what would come in each appraisal. Was finally forced to resign with the excuse that there were no projects available.After all the hard work I put in, TechM decided to compensate me by abruptly asking me to leave. A dead end to my 6 years and 8 months of IT career. Wish I knew what TechM had against me....

Except Salary pay scale as per band and increment cycle, everything is good - Learning, Career Path, CSR, IJP.

Dislikes

Delay in increment, Management mostly the sales team delays the decision, Organization first associates later policy, Transport is from associates own pocket though an associate work as per client working hours.

You can work on different roles from top to bottom like from solution architect, coe,business analyst to system administrator hardware engineer.

...ategory. No onsite opportunity but at the time of joining they ask for passport. Hike is nominal if you get 5rating then you will be promoted but don't think about increase in salary. False commitment
