...in this organization, there are very supportive and great people working around. I don’t have much complaints on salary but yes, variables are pathetic and very disappointing.

Dislikes

Variables: it will show very high like 21%, 27% etc. but will credit like nothing. Will receive a amount which is out of the least imagination. Promotion: not a big fan of Accenture, if you’re holding an offer also they will promise you this and that & result/ outcome will be complete dissatisfaction.

Plenty learning opportunities. Good salary hikes. They make sure that your salary is corrected as per market standards. Very professional. Employee centric

Dislikes

Sometimes you may feel lost in the sea of resources. Needs extra work from side of resource ( for ex : presentation, competition, pov, fun activities, elite certifications) to get required visibility. Just good work and hard work in project wont do it

Approachable Management , good learning opportunities , salary structure is better than what I have seen comparing the market , technology driven environment

Dislikes

Work life balance is difficult to manage with long working hours. Too many useless tools and too much of process for each and everthing

...ving workforce which is highly non meritorious. Micro management is a key issue. No promotions and salary is under indexed to the competition

No worklife balance Leadership believes in cutthroat slavery No salary hikes in the last few years Company doesnt mind letting go of experienced candidates but hires inexperienced candidates
