Accenture is a good company and I never had grudges against the company. Accenture gives timely pay out and good compensation as per the market standard.

I do not liked the management. Being associate, we have to listen to team leader guidance. Team leaders are also manipulated by their managers. Therefore, managers - some are irritating so much that they starts doing micro-managing everything such as why your cab is delayed, threatening employees who was performing well in the beginning but lately could not perform well. Luckily, I know my job well so I never gave these managers chance to intimate me like those poor people. I have seen most tenured employees quit the job due to work pressure & constant nagging by managers.

Salary you get end of the month will make u happy but do not get too happy once you spend it you will receive an email from your team leader stating they paid by mistake and a deduction is waiting for you next month VERY NICE EXPERIENCE WHEN U GET A DEDUCTION OF A GOOD AMOUNT FROM YOUR BASIC SALARY COZ THERE ARE NO INCENTIVES COZ OF COVID19 . PERSONAL SUGGESTION DO EVER JOIN . Must say company is really good but depends in the reporting management .

The management they do not have the answer for anything. It's been 16 months my salary dispute is not solved. Won't recommend

...employed centric. Uneducated ppl at higher level who don't even know what to do. No variable pay they will keep target as high as that no one can acheive it.

...ract basis and after the pandemic ends i got converted into a payroll employee..but compensation was to low.

Once you the job is done no one remembers the efforts you gave. Also lots of favouritism, politics is there. I advise do not be loyal to this organisation you will get nothing from it. Better take an exp and switch.
