Low Salary. I am contract employee for 1 year.my salary is low. I am a performer.but not giving promotion & card conversion. I am staying room so this salary is not comfortable..

I will start right from the interview process.i had attended written round on April 2nd week.Then later on (after a couple of days) I got a call stating there was technical glitch and asked me to reappear for written exam...Post that had tech round cleared that as well,but got call stating video was not recorded properly so asked me to give it again...So again reappeared the interviewer asked when was the last time I appeared for interview with Accenture.I told the entire story so the panel had some discussion and said I neednt give the interviee.After 2 days had HR round pay was negotiated and all was done.But I didnt receive the offer letter.Tried chasing but no luck..Post 2 months offer wss rolled out. After joinning I was mapped to a project but I wasn't ok with dev so came out.Was looking for support.Got one but they asked me ri relocate to Hyderabad which was not possible due to fmly so they sent my profile to pool without prior intimation..It has been 3 months and still on bench..Not getting any calls.Tried to bring hr and mangaer into the scenario but no use.... Induction programme wasnt systematic nor organized properly..

I did not find anything that I liked worked in Accenture.

...ork extra. Even if you voice it out, no body cares and keep giving lame excuses. Overall poor salary as compared to work you will have to do. If you are working on new technologies it’s your responsibility to get the work done without any training support at all and this is my experience and my peers experience across Accenture. Every talk is just talk no body cares for mental health, work life balance, appreciations, I don’t want to get into working style; on open platform but did not like it as well. No transparency.

Even though i worked till the completion of the project in accenture. I didn't got the completion bonus for completing the project where i worked for 5 years
