I have been working in Accenture (non IT) for almost 4 years. Its a good place when you get good colleagues and not more.Some managers are helpful,you can enjoy when the project goes smoothly.They provide 2 ways cabs for everyone. It's good to the people who got into Accenture with experience.

Dislikes

1. You gonna work alot but can't earn when you joined as a fresher , base pay is too low around 11k take home and basic hike will be 5 - 10% sometime 0% 2. If you are in pilot process you will die as the lead will pressure you. 3. They gonna give shift like anything, rotational, early morning, night and *no shift allowance at all* 4. No allowance for food some deal have ₹45 daily allowance but most don't have. 5. They will ask you to do OT on weekends 😑

Dislikes

10% EWS people are the dominating ones in this company. No recognition for hardworking and smart employees. They will extract work until you exhaust and give promotion to their set of people. There are many senseless managers here who are not even eligible to be part of this organisation, and is surving here just because they belong to that 10%. Always I use to work 16 - 20 hrs a day. Also, need to support weekends too. No will take action on those ruthless managers. I had to cover up the work of the inefficient employees.

...upportive, there is a huge cafeteria and fitness and gaming arcade for relaxing. The management give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

...is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our talents and issues. Salary is completely decent but career growth is very slow.

Accenture is the only company who pay deserving salary to its employees

Dislikes

It fully functioning in the term of favouritism. Real talent cannot get recognised. The way of handling is one of the worst things about manager. People who served more years with Accenture are the ruling party here.

... Job security is high. Supervisor and the management are friendly and reachable.When comes to salary Accenture is a poor pay master.
