Salary package would be fine at the time of joining.

But after joining later FY promotion and hike are terrible, no consideration for promotion or hike etc No response from hr or manager team, and no respect to genuine employees.

...ained with not enough real time experience. They are trained to give trainings. Good to gain short term experience to gain salary hike and switch.

Not like before. Everything as per the wish of business/leadership. HR really does not bothers issues on ground. More of support projects. Horrible politics. No empathy towards health issues.

Challenge work, Career growth, Learning and skill development programs, Better compensation as per market rate.

Dislikes

As the experience increases or we climb up the ladder in top roles there will be insecurity in job and there could be increase in workload, high pressure to play additional roles apart from regular work or delivery.

...k on , But existing employees will not get an opportunity for cross skill work..If required Accenture recruit people with high pay but they don't trust existing employees ...Hey it is all my opinion 😀

There is a saying "Rich get richer and poor get poorer".. Similarly Promotions will get to the people who already got promoted in the last cycle..For hardworking and who are taking care of end to end to responsibilities people will have always some thing to learn always in appraisal discussion...Its never ending expectations...Agin it is my opinion.

Good to place. Provides a lot scope as it works with many clients spread across different industries

Dislikes

Compensation could be better compared to industry standards. Health insurance coverage is low and doesn't cover parents.
