As far as i seen in my 10+ years of working it is a good company to work. Did seen some of my friends who is working in different projects/teams do complaints on corporate politics. it do differ based on which team you are working and under whom you are working. overall its a good company to begin a career as fresher and to continue, as per me.

Dislikes

Pay is low in DPO (Finance and services side) no yearly/half-yearly Bonus (Heard they introduced retention bonus after Corona crisis in 2022, which is half-yearly for the top 2 performers in annual appraisal)

A lot lot of opportunity to grow and learn Great job security Your value increases in market once you are associated with HCL

Dislikes

Salary Hike is very less even if you are top performer. Getting the tasks done sometime is a challenge.

There is nothing much to talk about pros working in HCL. Job security that is the only thing.

Dislikes

There are much to talk about dislikes, low salary, no decent increment at all. Management never recognises employees. All promotion and increments are biased and political play, work life balance is very poor in this organisation. You have to take calls from managers even during midnight and weekends to complete adhoc tasks without excuses. Work pressure is too much and no proper organised leadership.

Everything including culture, work life, salary, promotion. They won't pay variable pay. Unnecessary deductions in salary with no reason. If we ask They will not respond but close the ticket telling policy without telling what policy says.

If we are looking for cool life then its good.. Work culture is good we can easily balance the prof and personal life.

Dislikes

Don't expect the hike and promotions. If we are working for pay then I shouldn't recommand this company but am sure the life will go cool with less work presure here
