Undoubtedly one of the best pharmaceutical companies. Both in terms of Skill Development & career growth should be rated high. My regards to the owner of the Organization Mr Pankaj Bhai Patel.

On going Management culture in some of the divisions are forcing employees to think beyond Zydus. Unfortunately People bringing poor culture are happily surviving in the Organization. These people should be held accountable for high attrition in Zydus

They change any scheme middle of month or end of the month no scheme security your image in front of DB is going wrist 4. upper management keep only there job safe either you go to hell 5.
