The pressure and culture in marketing is worst than any other company and that is beacause of Vice-president Marketing Mr Alhad Mahajani. Avoid working under him unless u want your carrier and personal life to be finished. He will not leave you even after you leave the company. There is practically no learning by hiring external trainers and even if it happens, the vice president wont let those learning implement in company. It is a complete surrender to him or sycophancy, that only can save you there. No complaints to HR work against him as they are hands in glove. It is high time that he should start building future people for Zuventus as Zuventus marketing team shelf life is very poor and since he does not allow you to learn and enhance your skills you wont be able to grow in your carrier.
