Warning to all potential Zomato delivery partners: steer clear if you value your sanity and dignity! My experience with Zomato has been an absolute nightmare: 1. They lure you in with promises of a ₹1280 joining bonus, only to leave you high and dry with no explanation. 2. They dangle the carrot of a branded t-shirt and delivery bag, but good luck getting those without raising a fuss. 3. The app itself is a disaster—customer addresses disappear into thin air, leaving you to navigate blindly through Zomato's maze of incompetence. 4. Need help? Forget about it! Their so-called "live support" is a joke, offering nothing but empty directives to contact a mysterious team leader who might as well be a figment of their imagination. 5. And don't even get me started on payment issues! After busting my *** all week, they have the audacity to shortchange me on offers and conveniently vanish when I try to get answers.
