There is so much politics in that company STARTEK LUCKNOW. In this place if the agent tried to give him 100 % then they'll not promote the agent to upper level because they only promote that agents who were special for them and that agents who roamed around them. This is all about startek payout is too low. "They always said that if the work is not upto the park please resign it and install the naukri. Com". They never appreciate the work they always demotivate the employees if their work is not upto the mark. That's why I leave this company because my TL also said to resign. My work was so good in the company I give my 100% every time but there is no appreciation for that. If I not give my best in any of the day then they always told to resign .
