Work life balance su*ks Team mates are not trustworthy unrealistic revenue targets, that none can achieve. The job is all about stealing money from the restaurants. Don't ever think of a better family life when you're in the City Growth Manager designation. After a point, you won't have anything new to learn. Though the designation sounds promising, it is more or less, a complete sales profile.
