The open culture used to be good and one used to never feel under corporate workstyle pressure. However this is getting diluted now

Short term decision making- after which a statement comes from the senior management that they made a mistake and then a whole new way of working comes in There is no vision beyond the current billing cycle Systems, products, processes, roles, designations, incentives and policies can change anytime. 0 job security and wrong hiring is rampant No health insurance

Work Details

Hectic Ad sales. Cycle closures are on 15 day intervals instead of 30 days in any normal company

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)
