Well I have great experience working with so many different heads with different skill which helped me to develop more better skills. Everyone is helping in their own way and never say no in any situation. Work culture is smooth just keep yourself fully prepared for any task.

Dislikes

Well I don't dislike anything just want one simple modification in management understanding especially at the time of diwali every employee in every company seek bonus with some special gift but giving only a box of sweet won't do anything where other company offers bonus and gifts. Which make us down in front of family and friends as well.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
