Dislikes

Management teams behaviour and expectations are very poor. Infrastructure and Roles of individuals are very mixed up and haywire. Company is stringent when it comes to spending money for its customers as well as its staff. Overall a poor company to work for. Has a history of firing staff left right and centre on basis of delusional expectations of sales and revenue.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
