They are zero in supporting to employee/ no salary given since sept 2019 to till date i.e june2020. nobody ask you for what you does if they are not paying. less skill employees & seniors who where having good knowledge have already left. Every employee is struggling there for money & is there in zieta only to learn SAP.In other company though they are not paying but you are at least learning but here its a time waste. They are sending freshers without giving any training to client place to take requirement, even client is unhappy with them & many of them break the contract. think before you join this company. The company has a consistent pattern of delaying salaries, and if you inquire about it, you will be treated with humiliation as if you have committed a serious crime. If you are a developer or come from a technical background, be prepared for your salary to be delayed by 4-5 months from the date of joining. All of the top managementpersonnel are direct family relatives of each other, and your complaints will not be heard due to this. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
