During the hard times like now during COVID-19, the company doesn't care about employees they have decided to put employees on 2months of unpaid leaves because company doesn't have projects and also after 2 months if their's no projects then they have decided employees to lay off.

If in a company that any individual is working have some problem, then every company has a HR department who can help them. Now think if HR itself is a department with whom you are having problem who will address those and solve. They doesn't care of your well being, just do their work and spend your money for company project travelling (Cabs, food, Toll). Currently their's 8Months of salary delay i don't even know why the company is still running. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
