I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. Amazing coworkers but annoying management. Me and my project manager joined the same day and they changed his entire way of working in a matter of two month's. More than 1 sick leaves a month. Noo. You get an e-mail explaining that you have already taken more than 1 leaves and you need to show up to work. Annoying experience altogether for me. Had to quit the moment I got a new opportunity.
