Work Culture is toxic. Glint survey response from ZF employees themselves rated ZF TCI as disappointing place to work. No one is happy with the Management practices. Notice period for probation employees is 3 months. If they remove you then only one month.!!!! What a one sided great practice by ZF!! ZF India Policies are just made only to screw the work force. Maintenance of Professional standards is a joke here. All you have to do is to buttering your reporting manager. ZF TCI runs on the fundings from ZF Germany but still the management feels like they solely erected this Company in India. Joining bonus is a trap here and do not fall for that. Only managers will get promoted with in nine to 11 months of every year even though the teams they managed got dissolved also. ZF philosophy is not available in Hyderabad Tech Centre. Here they dont even have proper infrastructure needed to execute the projects but you should perform beyond expectations. Else you will be rated low and a great excuse for them to cut your variable pay totally. Buttering your manager will save your job at such situations....Read More
