The environment of your team directly depends upon your team lead. In zeus you will feel that you are part of a team(that too varies with your team and team lead) not company. Work satisfaction is also dependent upon your team. Many of my colleagues were not at all satisfied. I personally enjoyed my work and team so it was good for me. Seniors there are very helpful. You can learn a lot if you want. There is no politics as such. Its a decent company for beginners if they want to work and learn....Read More

Dislikes

It feels like company doesn't care about you at all. There no management/HR to talk with. You won't know what's happening around in company. No transparency in any terms. No hard policies as such, company will/can change it whenever they like for their own benefits without thinking about employees.

Salary - Bad
Company culture - Poor
Work-life balance - Poor

Work Details

It mainly depends upon team. For me it was exciting and very satisfying.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
