Working culture is really nice. You got chance to work with your ideas which develops your skill and people are there to help you in hurdles. Quarterly increment is also there as per your performance and salary is on time also. Management thinks for their staffs which is really nice.

Dislikes

Freedom of smoking cigarettes openly by male and female friends will effect the new comers and will increase the numbers of disease for new generations. Need to minimize this at a point to avoid such things which is taking the role of fashion having open smoking. This is my opinion only.
