Zetwerk menufacturing business pvt LTD was my first IT based company, I found its sofetwer OMS inze fine to work on all these as well as team sport was very good.

Zetwerk company keeps the staff on contact, also the staff is told before coming to the company, there will be increment every year but it does not happen, the job is not secure, anytime the staff is told that you are in the company today It's the last day. No notice, nothing, that's why I didn't like working in Jetworks and I resigned from my post.

There is freedom to take the right decisions on right time and implement the ideas, process and procedure to have clear path to work to achieve the company's goal.

Dislikes

Freedom of smoking cigarettes openly by male and female friends will effect the new comers and will increase the numbers of disease for new generations. Need to minimize this at a point to avoid such things which is taking the role of fashion having open smoking. This is my opinion only.
