Very conducive environment for who enjoy their work and demonstrate the passion. Very encouraging for those with self initiating, self leading, working independently with decision-making skills.

Needs improvement in organisation structure, need to establish independent audit teams in Quality, Safety and Stores Departments.

There is freedom to take the right decisions on right time and implement the ideas, process and procedure to have clear path to work to achieve the company's goal.

Dislikes

Freedom of smoking cigarettes openly by male and female friends will effect the new comers and will increase the numbers of disease for new generations. Need to minimize this at a point to avoid such things which is taking the role of fashion having open smoking. This is my opinion only.
